POLITEX CW - This fiber
was expressly developed to be used in
large car-wash facilities. Its soft
flagging is meant to protect car
surfaces from being damaged. In addition
to making it more economical to use, the
cruciform section serves to absorb and
hold as much water as possible. This
fiber is available in a vast array of
colors that are highly resistant to UV
radiation and atmospheric agents. The
same basic polymer is treated with
additives that enable it to stand up to
the action of UV radiation. POLITEX CW
is supplied flagged on both sides up to
a length of 120 centimeters. PE fibers
are not hygroscopic and therefore
suitable for food-industry applications.
In combination with its extreme softness,
this characteristic has established PE
as the primary fiber for the production
of the brushes and rollers used in
fruit-washing equipment. |
